Delivery & Pickup

At Automotive Art Guyana, we aim to provide fast, reliable delivery and convenient in-store pickup. Please review the guidelines below to ensure smooth and timely receipt of your order.


๐Ÿšš Delivery Information

๐Ÿ’ฐ Delivery Fee

A flat GYD $900 delivery fee applies to all orders, regardless of location.


๐Ÿ—“ Weekly Delivery Routes (Outside Georgetown)

Tuesday Deliveries

  • Extended Georgetown areas
  • Central city limits

Wednesday Deliveries

  • East Coast Demerara up to Mahaica

Thursday Deliveries

  • East Bank Demerara up to Diamond
  • West Bank Demerara
  • West Coast Demerara
  • East Coast Essequibo
  • East Bank Essequibo up to Parika (furthest point)

โฐ Delivery Cutoff Time (IMPORTANT)

To be included in a scheduled delivery route:
Orders must be placed before 2:30 PM on the day prior to your delivery route.

  • Orders placed after 2:30 PM will most likely be delivered on the next available route day, which is often the following week.
  • If your order misses the cutoff, we will notify you and confirm your new delivery day.

๐Ÿ“… Holiday Delivery Adjustments

If a scheduled delivery day falls on a public holiday, deliveries for that route will be rescheduled within the same week.
Customers will be notified of all changes.


๐Ÿ”” Delivery Notifications

While we do give guidelines as to when orders will be delivered, we will notify you beforehand so you can be prepared upon their arrival.

๐Ÿ  If Someone Else Will Receive Your Delivery

If someone else will receive your delivery:

  • They must confirm the customerโ€™s name, order number, and phone number.
  • For MMG or bank-transfer prepaid orders, authorization from the customer is required (see authorization section below).
  • Our drivers cannot leave items with unknown individuals or unattended.

๐Ÿšš Delivery Window & Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed for delivery:

  • We will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your delivery details.
  • If we are unable to reach you within 3 business days, the order will be cancelled and items returned to stock.
  • You may reorder if items are still available.

This helps us prevent unconfirmed or โ€œghostโ€ orders and ensures that every delivery reaches the correct customer at the correct address.


๐Ÿฌ Pickup Information (In-Store Pickup)

Automotive Art Guyana strives to process in-store pickup orders within 3 hours of confirmation.
You will receive a notification once your order is marked โ€œReady for Pickup.โ€


๐Ÿ“ฆ Pickup Window & Order Holding

Once your order is ready for pickup:

  • You must collect it within 3 business days.
  • If we are unable to reach you within 3 business days, the order will be cancelled.
  • You may reorder if items are still available.

This helps us prevent unconfirmed or โ€œghostโ€ orders and ensures that your items are collected by the correct person.


โฑ Pickup Processing Times

Monday โ€“ Friday

  • Orders placed before 2:30 PM may be processed for same-day pickup.
  • Orders placed after 2:30 PM will be processed for next business day pickup.

Saturday โ€“ Sunday

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM on Saturday may be processed for same-day pickup.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed the next business day.
  • All Sunday orders are processed Monday.

Holidays

  • All holiday orders are processed the next business day.

While we do try to process orders for same-day pickup, there may be instances where this is not possible. If this occurs, we will notify you so you are aware of the delay.
While we do give guidelines as to when orders will be available for pickup, we will notify you beforehand so you can better plan your visit.

Authorization is only required for orders that are prepaid.

If someone else will pick up or receive your order:
