You have seven (7) working days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
The item must not be used, installed, or tampered with
The item must not be damaged or treated in a way that affects its condition
The item must be in its original packaging, with the packaging in good-standing condition
Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required
A restocking fee may apply depending on the item and condition
If an item does not function for its intended purpose, you may be eligible for an exchange within fourteen (14) working days of receiving it.
Exchange eligibility requires:
The item to be returned with its original packaging
No signs of misuse, tampering, or improper installation
Proof of purchase

(We currently do not accept returns via delivery or pickup services.)
Once we receive your item:
It will be inspected.
We will notify you whether it has been approved or denied for refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued through your original method of payment.
Please note that refunds may take a few business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
