1. COLOUR MATCHING TECHNICIAN/SALES REPRESENTATIVE
About the Role
Automotive Art Guyana is seeking an energetic, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Colour Matching Technician / Sales Representative to join our retail team.
This role combines technical expertise with sales ability, serving customers across all Automotive Art product lines — including automotive paints, lubricants, car care, tools, accessories, and power tools.
You’ll help customers find the right products, mix and match automotive paints with precision, and maintain an organized, safe, and professional retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to every customer.
- Offer expert advice across all product categories, including paints, car care, tools, and accessories.
- Mix and match automotive paints accurately to customer specifications.
- Recommend proper products, materials, and techniques for surface preparation and application.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized sales floor and paint mixing area.
- Assist with inventory checks, restocking, and merchandising displays.
- Follow all safety, handling, and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Completed secondary school education or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge or interest in automotive products and tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physically able to handle light lifting and movement of goods.
- Team-oriented, reliable, and detail-driven.
- Experience in paint mixing or retail sales is an asset but not required — training will be provided.

2. WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
About the Role
Automotive Art Guyana is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations team.
The ideal candidate will oversee daily warehouse activities, ensure accurate stock management, and maintain efficient coordination between the warehouse, retail, and delivery departments.
This role is crucial in maintaining Automotive Art’s standards of organization, accuracy, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the receipt, labeling, storage, and dispatch of all goods.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and supervise cycle counts and quarterly rotations.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies with proper documentation.
- Supervise warehouse clerks, porters, and delivery staff in daily operations.
- Ensure all product movements are correctly recorded and verified.
- Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and properly organized.
- Plan and execute regular stock counts and verify results.
- Provide daily and weekly updates on stock movement and operational issues.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and adherence to safety policies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or supervision.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with inventory systems or warehouse management software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

3. WAREHOUSE CLERK/PORTER
About the Role
Automotive Art Guyana is seeking a reliable, energetic Warehouse Clerk / Porter to join our warehouse and logistics team.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, label, bin, and store products accurately according to warehouse layout.
- Pick, pack, and prepare goods for transfers, retail, and customer deliveries.
- Assist drivers with loading, offloading, and obtaining delivery signatures when required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and loading area.
- Participate in regular stock counts and report any discrepancies promptly.
- Follow company safety standards and use warehouse tools and equipment responsibly.
Requirements
- Completed secondary school education (or equivalent).
- Physically able to lift and move goods up to 25–30 kg safely.
- Basic reading, counting, and computer skills for inventory paperwork.
- Punctual, professional, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- A valid Guyana driver’s license is an asset (not required).
