How do I shop online at Automotive Art Guyana?
Once you have browsed our website and added items to your cart you can choose to checkout and be redirected to our checkout page. If you have an account and are already signed in you can proceed to the payment and delivery details, however, if not, you will be required to agree to our terms of service and privacy policy before continuing.
What happens after I place my order?
Once your order has been successfully placed, we will start to process and get your order ready to be delivered, or picked up. Once there are no issues with fulfilling the order, the order will be marked as ready to be picked up and you will be notified. If you selected delivery, your order may be marked as out for delivery, delivered, missed delivery, etc.

Once selected and you are ready to check out, you will need to provide us with a few key details in the special instructions box, located on the cart page, so we can accurately price your product. These are as follows:
- Vehicle Make
- Color Code
- Any other information you think may be necessary in order for us to accurately match your color
*In the event that you are unaware of the color code, or need a specific match or adjustment based off a pattern, you will need to bring this in, in order for us to accurately match your color.

How often do you update your online inventory?
Online inventory is updated hourly, so we can provide the most accurate availability to our customers. In the event that items are low stock there may be a case where they have been sold in store. If this is the case you can call or message us to confirm stock before placing your order!
What payment methods do you offer?
We currently offer Cash on Delivery/Pickup, MMG+, and Bank Transfers for online orders.
You can also pay in-store using Debit or Credit Card at our point-of-sale terminal.
What are your store hours?
Our hours of operation are the same for both our online store as well as our retail store at 68 Croal Street, Stabroek, Georgetown, Guyana.
- Mon - Fri: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Sat: 8:00 am - 1:30 pm
- Sun: Closed
Delivery/Pickup
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery across Georgetown, East Coast Demerara, East Bank Demerara, West Bank, West Coast, and Essequibo based on our scheduled delivery routes.

How do I select the right delivery option at checkout?
All delivery routes will appear at checkout because our delivery zone covers the entire country.
To choose the correct option, simply select the route that matches your area or direction.
For example:
- If you live on the East Coast (up to Mahaica) β choose Georgetown β Mahaica
- If you live on the East Bank (up to Diamond) β choose Georgetown β Diamond
- If you live in Georgetown β choose Georgetown
- If you live on the West Bank/West Coast/East Bank Essequibo/Parika β choose the route that matches your area on that side

How long will my order take to be ready for pickup?
Once your order has been confirmed and picked, you will receive a notification letting you know that your order is ready for pickup. Our fulfillment time may vary based on the current volume of orders, however, we usually have orders available for pickup within 3 hours.
How long do I have to pick my order up?
Once your order has been marked as "ready for pickup," you will be required to pick up this order within 3 business days. After this period an attempt will be made to contact the customer who placed the order to confirm that pickup will still be made. If no contact is made then the order will be cancelled, and can be remade as long as the items are still available to be purchased.
When will my order be delivered?
Delivery is scheduled based on the route you select at checkout. Each route corresponds to a specific delivery day in our weekly schedule. After your order is confirmed, it will be delivered on the next available day for your area.
Our delivery schedule:
- Georgetown β Delivers Next day (Online/Retail Transactions)
- East Coast (up to Mahaica) β Delivered on Wednesdays
- East Bank (up to Diamond) β Delivered on Thursdays
- West Bank, West Coast, East Bank Essequibo & Parika β Delivered on Thursdays
Once your order is packed and ready, our team will contact you with a delivery window for the day.

Can someone else pickup or receive my order on my behalf?
Yes β but authorization is required for prepaid orders (MMG+, Bank Transfer, or any online payment).
If someone else will be picking up or receiving your order, please send us their full name and phone number in advance:

Prepaid orders will not be released without proper authorization.
Returns/Refunds
How can I return my order?
To return an item, please bring it to our store at 68 Croal Street, Stabroek, Georgetown within the allowed return window.
Return requirements:
- The item must be unused, untampered, and in original packaging
- Bring your receipt or proof of purchase
- Returns must be made within 7 working days of receiving your order
- Items eligible for exchange (if faulty) may be returned within 14 working days
- A restocking fee may apply
Once your item is inspected and approved, your refund will be issued through your original payment method or processed as an exchange if applicable.
