Once you have browsed our website and added items to your cart you can choose to checkout and be redirected to our checkout page. If you have an account and are already signed in you can proceed to the payment and delivery details, however, if not, you will be required to agree to our terms of service and privacy policy before continuing.
Once your order has been successfully placed, we will start to process and get these goods ready to be delivered, or picked up. Once there are no issues with fulfilling the order, the order will be marked as ready to be picked up and you will be notified. At the point in time that we start to offer delivery your order may be marked as out for delivery, delivered, missed delivery, etc.

Once selected and you are ready to check out, you will need to provide us with a few key details in the special instructions box, located on the cart page, so we can accurately price your product. These are as follows:
- Vehicle Make
- Color Code
- Any other information you think may be necessary in order for us to accurately match your color
*In the event that you are unaware of the color code, or need a specific match or adjustment based off a pattern, you will need to bring this in, in order for us to accurately match your color.

We update our online inventory every evening at 8:00 pm to make sure that our online inventory matches our in store as closely as possible.
We currently offer "Cash On Delivery" as our sole payment method for online transactions. Once your order is placed, and your order is ready for pick-up, you will be able to pay in store to complete your purchase.
Our hours of operation are the same for both our online store as well as our retail store at 68 Croal Street, Stabroek, Georgetown, Guyana.

We currently offer delivery through a beta program on our website on all orders placed online within our delivery radius (20km from our Georgetown Location). Once you proceed to checkout you will be prompted to choose whether or not you would like to have your goods delivered or picked up in-store. If you select delivery, there will be a delivery fee added to your order, however, you can also choose to pick up your order in-store at no charge. Whether you choose to have your order delivered or to pick it up, we'll be in touch throughout the whole process, letting you know the status of your order.
We currently offer Express immediate delivery within a 3km radius from our Georgetown location, however, Express rates may apply.
We also offer End Of Day Delivery services up to 20km from our Georgetown location. These rates are calculated and shown at checkout.
If you'd like to change your delivery option from Standard to Express you can do so when we call to confirm your order.
At checkout you will be able to provide your address and click continue to delivery. On this screen you will be notified whether your delivery address is eligible for delivery.
If you're typing in your address and the notification says "This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered," but you know you're within the 20km delivery radius, please contact so we can guide you through the best way to place your order!
Once your order has been confirmed and picked, you will receive a notification letting you know that your order is ready for pickup. Our fullfillment time may vary based on the current volume of orders, however, we usually have orders available for pickup witin 3 hours.
Once your order has been marked as "ready for pickup," you will be required to pick up this order within 3 business days. After this period an attempt will be made to contact the customer who placed the order to confirm that pickup will still be made. If no contact is made then the order will be cancelled, and can be remade as long as the items are still available to be purchased.
In the event that you need to return one or more of your items, you can bring the items back to our store location and we will be able to process a return or refund as long as the order complies with our return policy.
