Frequently Ask Questions

When Will I Receive My Order?

Orders placed for End Of Day Delivery will arrive after 5:00 pm, however, this can be slightly later based on where you are located, and be as late as 7:30 to 8:00 pm. 

We'll notify you when your delivery is on its way!

What is the OTP used for?

When your delivery is picked up by one of our delivery agents we will send you a OTP "One Time Passcode." This OTP is what you'll provide our delivery agent with in order to complete delivery. 

Why do we use this? 

In order to ensure we're delivering to the right customer, especially if orders are paid for before hand. Only you have this code, not us or our delivery agents, so only you can provide the code to confirm delivery.

Do you offer Express Delivery?

Yes, we do currently offer Express Delivery, however, this is not reflected on our website's checkout page just yet.

Our Express Delivery is only offered within 4 km of our location, and if you'd like a price for this immediate delivery, please reach out to us and we will be able to facilitate this.

We know it's not ideal, but we're working on displaying multiple delivery options on our checkout page in the future.

Will you be delivering to West Coast Demera soon?

We're currently working on getting delivery on the West Coast Demerara up and running and are aiming for this to be live by May 31, 2023.
