APPLICATION TIPS

Surface Prep
Remove oil, grease, rust, and loose paint using detergent, wire-brush, or sandpaper. Ensure the area is completely clean and dry. -
Shake Well
Shake can vigorously for at least 1 minute after the mixing ball rattles; shake occasionally during use . -
Spray Technique
Hold the can 8–12″ from surface. Apply multiple light, sweeping coats with slight overlap to avoid runs and achieve even coverage . -
Drying & Recoat
Dries to the touch in about 30 minutes; ready to handle in 1–2 hours. Recoat any time after the first hour for optimal results. -
Heat Curing (Optional for Tougher Finish)
- Off-vehicle parts: Gradually cure in an oven—250 °F for 30 min, then cool; repeat at 400 °F and 600 °F.
- On-vehicle parts: Run or idle engine in intervals—10–30 min—allow cooling between cycles to fully cure and strengthen finish.

- Flammability: Extremely flammable aerosol—keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, and hot surfaces .
- Ventilation: Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Vapors may cause dizziness—wear a respirator if needed.
- Protection: Wear gloves, safety glasses, and protective clothing to avoid contact with skin or eyes.
- Cleanup & Disposal: Invert the can and spray until empty to clear the nozzle. Clean overspray with mineral spirits. Store below 120 °F and dispose of the can in accordance with local regulations .
